As I have recently become engaged, and because I'm a nerd, I have created a wedding blog where you can follow along as Irene and I plan our wedding.

We have only nebulous plans at the moment, but as soon as we have something solid you hear about it first on HappyWeddingBlog.com.

Meeting Notes 51

Sorry for the bit of a delay with the meeting notes but we're back now and starting in on Volume 12 (the current volume). This volume covers March 2007 to the present. We start this largely satisfactory volume with a few meh sketches. There are some better ones coming, I promise.

From The Sketchbook 03

So you might have noticed that there were no meeting notes this week. That's because I finished off the last sketchbook and have forgotten to take home the current sketchbook for scanning. I will endeavor to remember this week to do so.

In the meantime, here's a sketch I did yesterday from a photo I took on our trip to France. It's of a small hilltop town in the Cote du Rohn region called Le Crestet. I mostly did it because I recently stumbled across the book All Over Coffee and was blown away by the work of Paul Madonna. This was my attempt to do something in that style.
